Lycanthrope aflicted by lycanthrope

Is it possible for a lycanthrope, aflicted or natural, to be aflicted by a different form of lycanthrope? If so, what would happen during the full moon, and what one would be dominate?

example: A PC, unknown to them, is aflicted with lycanthrope by a werewolf. Before the next full moon, is aflicted again with lycanthrope but this time by a wererat. During the full moon, would this character be that of a wolf, rat or something else?

Thanks,

No. The Lycanthrope template can only be applied to a humanoid creature, at which time it's type changes to "Shapechanger". Since it's no longer a humanoid, you can't apply another Lycanthrope template to it.

No, here is the relevant quote from the SRD:

"Lycanthrope" is a template that can be added to any humanoid creature (referred to hereafter as the "character"). The creature’s type changes to "shapechanger."

Therefore a lycanthrope is already considered a shapechanger and does not meet the humanoid pre-requisite for lycanthropy.
