[M&M 2e] Red Sands Chronicles. (OOC)

I have to apologise my dissappearance, which is due to many reasons. First, around January, ENW became completely unresponsive for over a week for me, and after that it's been so slow that it simply takes away my interest of visiting here. The new visuals contribute to that loss of interest as does the change of mood that I feel that creeped to ENW somewhere along last year. Topple in my personal life that's been ups and downs and so, I don't like to come here anymore... So, see you around if I return somewhere along the line.

You live!

Well, though I'm sorry to hear about your problems, it's good to know you're healthy and (at least somewhat) happy. :)

No idea what's causing your Enworld woes...

Anyway, thanks for checking in. Even if we don't see you again, I hope things go well for you.

From what I understand there's a lot of woes. His load times are abysmal (1+ minutes). A lot of the changes that happened to ENWorld during the last year rubbed him the wrong way. Also, he mentioned the community's feel seems to have degraded some.

ey there, folks! I have some vacation time coming up so I'll be away from my computer from sunday to thursday (we're going to a cabin in the woods). Feel free to NPC Seif if need be.

FYI, I'm waiting on an update of the kiss thing from Relique, a comment from Deezy on the possibility of ambushes and a tie-breaker on what we should do from the Ottoman (Seif favors an armored strike while Deezy and Brian think we should do a stealth recon).

Red Sands is a heck of an imaginative setting and we have some very nicely characterized protagonists on this one too. I think it'd be a shame to just let this one slide into the dustbin of history.

You don't have to worry. I was planning on updating tonight after work (I was debating on how far back from the city to have the group "walk" since I actually had somewhat of a detailed idea of the area looked).

I actually was waiting until you came back from your short vacation last week before updating, and would have updated last Thursday night if not for the real-time Japanese disaster footage.

I'm going to post the next combat update tomarrow. (Mostly since I want to test how its like to do a long post using a Xoom's browser and to see how much more painful it is then using my droid's keyboard+ tappa-talk).

The way things are going, I'm certain the group will be heading out of the ruins after about three to four updates (at least two of them will be combat updates).

And for the record, infravision vs temperature manipulation and infravision vs mist generation in 40 to 50 degree enviroment really does suck. :D

Hey there, Relique. Just to be clear, Seif is waiting on a reply from lord Burroughmeiseter. He's basicaly asking "Is it worth continuing on to the town?", seeing as this isn't their main mission and all...

FYI: I have family coming into town and staying for the next week, so I may not be online as much. I'll try to keep up, but feel free to NPC if necessary.
