M1: Just a Treasure Hunt?? (Bront Judging)

OOC: Yeah man sorry I was not more descriptive before. The chest is 4ft wide x 8ft long x 4ft tall is does not appear to be to fancy or decorative. The books ar about 17in wide x 22 in tall x 3 inches thick roughly. None are much bigger or smaller than any of the others.

Thral'k shakes its head and clambers down the statue. It then, very carefully, looks for signs of trouble. It has seen some of the other lizardman scouts do this sort of work, though it was not Thral'k's main line of work.

OOC: Thral'k'll take 20 to Search for traps (for a 22). That's the best he can do as he's not a trapsmith... even if he finds it, he'll be useless to disarm it. A knock spell sometime down the road may be our best bet...

As Thral'k begins to climb down he sees what he was looking for, he notices a humanish figure hiding in a bush about 20 ft into the jungle. The figure does not appear to notice that Thral'k has spotted him.

The Wizard's eyebrows shoot up in alarm at Terran's talk of selling the precious books they've found, but this melts away into pragmatic acceptance as he responds to the Cleric, 'Terran, we may gain much profit from these tomes. Would you consent to carrying one or two?'
