M2: The Search for Goblin HQ

Ashnar can see the goblin standing over Tor's body next to the edge.

Sorry, Erekose. No 'B5' is supposed to be 'g5', as in goblin #5. The bugbear that you wounded earlier up there is now no where in sight. He evidently buggered off, as it were.

Somac: Male Human Bbn1

"Ashnar--you're just in time, friend! I was worried you might drown," cries the smiling barbarian.

OOC: Somac will swing at the goblin to the west of him. If that goblin is already down, he will swing at the one to the northwest. If that one is also down, then he'll swing at the one to his north.

What weapons are the goblins next to Nurlan using? If either of them has a light weapon, Nurlan will attempt an improved disarm using his full attack strength for the attack roll. If not, he'll use his light mace on the nearest one, using combat expertise (-1 to attack, +1 to AC).

Rinaldo will draw his rapier and buckler, and will try to climb enough to come in melee with the goblin and attack him...

"Somac, can you clear me a path, I'll help you."

Round 10

Somac hits his stride upon the wall, striking down the goblin to his west, opening a space, if briefly, for Rinaldo to ascend.

Irene sneaks forward to better peer into the large room at the end of the hall. There she sees the bugbear which had shortly earlier been on the South wall. He is standing next to a human-sized figure wearing full plate armor, with a flachion sheathed at this back. As she watches, the armored humanoid takes hold of the bolt Nurlan's crossbow had imbedded in the bugbear's chest, and slowly removes it. The wound closes behind it, as well as several other arrow wounds. She gasps, slightly, but enough, evidently, as the bugbear's eyes turn and zero in on her.

The only goblin Ashnar can see if the one fighting Charlyn. He tries to strike it with a ray of frost, but misses. Likewise, Tenebryn misses with both ends of his staff, and Nurlan fails to disarm the scimitar wielding goblin. All five battling goblins also miss, as more rush up on the south wall.

Charlyn then strikes down his opponent, and Rinaldo crests the parapet and readies his rapier and shield.

For what its worth, Tor, the tough barbarian he is, has stablized at -5 hps.

Tenebrynn continues swinging. "Keep singing Nurlan we have to turn the tide here and now. There are so many of them."

Edit: Sorry orsal, had forgot that you always start with the song.

Oops... sorry if I wasn't clear. If the goblin's weapon isn't light, he was going to strike the goblin rather than disarm.

Same for next round. If the goblin within range has a light weapon, disarm. If another kind of weapon, strike with the mace to injure or kill the goblin. If that goblin is down by the time Nurlan's initiative comes around, draw the longspear and stab at the next row of enemies. All the while still singing his inspiring march, of course.
