With the bugbear in reach, Ashnar goes into full defense (AC 18).

Somac pulls back his bow and aims another arrow at the bugbear, who perceiving his vunerability, begins to turn and flee. Thanks to Nurlan's inspiring song, Somac's arrow catches it in the upper shoulder. It staggers a few paces back into the room brfore collapsing on the floor.
On the south wall, Charlyn, Nurlan and Tenebryn all connect, killing two goblins and injuring a third. Seeing the bugbear fall so easily, the remaining goblin flees, his sheild arm dangling from a blow of Tenrbryn's staff. It flees west along the wall for the door to the tower that stands next to the drawbridge.
Ashnar sees the armored figure disapear back around the corner. Rinaldo sends a bolt after the fleeing goblin, but misses.
Ashnar can still act this round; the bugbear was taken down before his turn.

Nurlan by now has lost count of how many times he's repeated his little tune about marching off to war. It's getting boring, but still seems to have its inspiring effect, so he continues, even while making a mental note to himslef to try a different, preferably longer, song next time round.
Meanwhile, seeing his immediate adversaries dispelled, he moves over to the other scene of battle, longspear ready to be plunged into Jebli flesh.

"Irene ran thataway," Charlarn says as he points to the north. "I'm going to take a look at Tor. I hope I'm not too late." The cleric clambers over the rocks to try to get to the fallen barbarian.

Somac manages to make it down the wall before exaughstion hits. His rage faded, he feels very tired.
Ashnar checks the bugbear. It is dead or dying.
Tenebryn's magic missile drops the last goblin.
The rest of the party pauses and looks around. There are no enemies evident close by. Rinaldo sees a goblin on the West wall of the fort, about 100 feet away. It notices that the party sees it, and breaks out running south to the tower by the entrance.
No other advesaries present themselves.
Charlyn can reach Tor. He is stablized at -5 hps.
