Magic Item Creation & Ability Bonuses

Lets say I wanted to create a ring that gave a characte a +5 enhancement bonus to Strength, Constitution and Charisma. Would the cost of said item be 15 squared, because it modifies 3 abalities or is it just 5 squared?

actually, wouldn't it be multiple similar abilities? That make sense. The formula would then be:

5² x 1,000 gp + 75% x 5² x 1,000 gp + 75% x 5² x 1,000 gp

Nope. They are different. As a good guideline, different is, if the bonus can be effective and beneficial at the same time, which is certainly the case here.
