"Magical Aptitude" - <case closed>

The "Stormsinger" prestige class from WotC's Frostburn has the feat "Magical Aptitude" listed as a prequisite. Strangely enough it is neither listed or described in "Frostburn", nor in the PHB, FRCS or whatever.

EDIT - Nopes I just cannot look it up properly, or rather I must have rolled a "1" on my "spot information" attempts. BAD ME !

Its one of the +2/+2 skill feats in the PHB. Don't remember off the top of my head WHICH ones, but I believe it may be Spellcraft and Use Magic Device...
