It's just a really good picture of the WOTC War of the Dragon Queen Griffon Cavalry mini (so plastic, prepainted).
I love hand-painted metal minis, but I don't have the time anymore.
This particular mini is actually quite cool & can be had for a reasonable price ($5 or a little less).

What with [MENTION=6674868]RUMBLETiGER[/MENTION]S: Transportation system and [MENTION=4937]Celebrim[/MENTION]s Wards The Patrol size will go down to 3 or 4.
The Swift Hunter goes so well with this that I will be keeping them.
Swift hunter requirements
Prerequisite: Skirmish +1d6/+1 AC, Favored Enemy
Okay Ranger 1 for favored enemy and 3rd level scout for the rest.
So, 4th ECL.
So, the Teams WILL be Elite (lower ranked soldiers will be in regular units). 1 Ranger 1/Scout 3 along with 1 or 2 more higher ranked (5th or 6th ECL) Swift Hunters and an equivelent ECL Druid (at least 5th lvl for wildshape).
