First Post
I was wanting to make a Magic Item that cast s Spell per day
Well more specifcally I want to make a Staff with the spell "Create Magic Tattoo" PGtF 101. It is a 2nd level spell as a 13th level Caster 6 times per day

First of all is the possible?
If it is What is the formula and how much how the cost market price?

It may be quite obvious but I am quite to the game , any help would me much appreciated

Guidelines exist in the DMG, and online. I suggest you model it on a Wondrous item, in which case it would end up costing around 58,660 gp.

As with all guidelines, you should adjust the price as you see fit.

Use pricing of spells:
Spell lv x caster x 1800 gp.
Uses a day (6)/5 for final price.
Add in any material cost/XP cost.

2 x 13 x 1800 gp= 56, 160 gp.

Well...
See Dandu's response, but I'm going to expand on that a bit:

They're guidelines, not rules, and they're intended for DM use, not player use - a good chunk of this is because some spells are fine when they're actually cast out of limited spell slots, but when you get into very large numbers of them per day, the game changes rather noticeably (the most common example being the use-activated widget of True Strike, the second most being the command-word widget of Cure Minor Wounds). So what you need to do is ask your DM.
