It's just messageboards specifcally I'm mapping, Lisa. Your board is great, but it's not twice the size of WotC's.

Because you guys smoosh all your numbers together, you don't have a figure specifically for your forums. So what I did (I've been talking to Erik about this, as you know- he said he mentioned it to you) was compare the number of threads on your forums to all the other forums on the map. You have just over 50,000 threads; that actually does make you a little bit bigger than the 7 hexes I estimated - 10-12 would be more accurate - but not 180 hexes! Forums don't have three times as many members as they have threads - member totals are usually a fraction of the number of threads.

Maybe lines could show how interconnected some forums are or how much crossover there is between different forums. Maybe Icons could represent significant threads, flamewars, prominent posters, etc...?
