Some changes to abused features -
Servants of Caiphon only get 18-20 crits with warlock powers
Sacrifice of Caiphon only renews warlock encounter powers
Lasting Frost - only grants vulribilty to 1 attack and the vulribility is applied after the attack is resolved.
The idea of many avengers becoming servants of Caiphon always irritated me.
they also limited rightious brand to a flat +3 bonus
