I think I know both universes to be dangerous, and I would be willing to help Neo. I know mutants and masterminds but now strongly enough to get everyone’s done correctly on my own. :)

Good stuff man. Im reading through them right now. Are you taking comments/critiques or should i just hold it?

Heh it all depends what they are :D

If it is about powers how someone else would have done them, or about power levels then chances are I've heard it before as everyone has thier own take on how heroes and villains should be.

If however it is about some actual error, such as something miscalculated etc.. then those I'll gladly recieve and correct.

Ok....then I'll, um, just go sit in the corner instead. :D

Edit:
Sorry, Im just too weak. Im not suggesting errors just mentioning some abilities you might have missed. I am admittedly not familiar with the M&M rules enough to actually give a critique about any kind of power levels or power implementation. Im just mentioning some things that may or may not be missing from certain character descriptions.

Here are what I believe are some possible oversights:
Venom and Carnage lack the clinging ability description that Spider-man has.

Wolverine's claw damage is tied entirely to his adamantium skeleton giving a + 9 to damage but Sabertooth has a +18 natural attack damage bonus. Should Wolverine also have a natural weapon bonus because his claws are part of his skeleton and augmented by his adamantium? Im only asking because the two bonus are providing the characters with a large difference in damage potential.

Also, Im not sure if this was ommited or not but you didnt outline Sabertooths berserk rage.

Here are some things that might be considered missing but could just be interpretation differences:
Apocalypse has demonstrated the ability to shoot very powerful energy blasts from his hands in the past. Particularly in the Age of Apocalypse storyline.

Hulk has no regeneration description.

Fair point

Well wolvie doesn;t only get +9, he gets his strength bonus on top also, his damage with the claws is +16 and Sabretooths is +18, the difference is down to Sabretooth being physically stronger than wolverine.

The issue over his skeletal claws is valid but he can't use them while the adamantium is there so there didn't seem much point in paying for them twice when he can only use one at a time.

Also, Im not sure if this was ommited or not but you didnt outline Sabertooths berserk rage.

This is because Sabretooths rages are controlled he is animalistic, and a socipath but he isn't one who loses control.

okay

Hulk has no regeneration description.

This is because the hulk does not regenerate, however his super constitution does allow him to heal naturally a lot quicker, but that is already possible.
