I have yet to see a review on it, but I did just glance thru it at my local shop and I must say, it looks pretty good considering it is diceless. I am really not a a fan of diceless games, having played Amber one or twice, but the system looks sound to me. I read the Inquest teaser, and I plan on running the scenario found therein in order to test the system.

I bought a copy of the Marvel rpg this week, and have run two games of it this weekend so far. I have enjoyed the game, and I think my players have enjoyed it as well.

The game is diceless and it's own system, not D20. The game mechanics are simple, you have two types of stones. White stones, which are your health, and Red stones, which are your energy. Whenever you want to do something, there is a difficulty and you spend red stones to try and overcome the difficulty. If you spend more than the difficulty you pass. You regenerate an amount of red stones based on your current health. To hit someone, you have to spend more red stones on your attack, than what your target spent on defense. You lose white stones when you take damage.

The only beef I have with the game is the list of actions. Actions are both skills and powers. The problem I have is, they didn't put in a general list of actions. Every skill and power is one that's listed for one of the marvel characters written up in the book. Now they do cover a good range, and it's easy to make up and convert other skills and powers. But I would of enjoyed it a tad more if there was a list of general skills and powers.
