Yes, because it makes so much more sense for the Russians to have Russian accents while they're all speaking English to each other...

If you really want to get into bad accents, we could go Kevin Costner ala Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Although the WORST accent attempted that I have ever seen on film has to be Keanu Reeves trying to pull off a southern accent in The Devil's Advocate- horrible.

Not 100% relevant, but the massive subdual issue reminds me of how it works in D20 Modern. You know, forcing a MDT save for KO being the only way to knock someone out. So there's kinda precident, in a sorta backwards sort of way.

I kinda sorta guess. :)
