Master of Chains

"Requirements
To qualify to become a master of chains, a character
must fulfill all the following criteria...
Escape Artist: 6 ranks.
Open Lock: 4 ranks.
Intimidate: 4 ranks.
Feats: Exotic Weapon Proficiency (spiked chain),
Expertise, Improved Trip, Improved Disarm,
Weapon Focus (spiked chain), Weapon
Specialization (spiked chain)."

What's the fastest route to becoming a Master of Chains? Human Rogue 1/ Fighter 5? Or is there some other combination I'm missing?

4 ranks in Open Lock you can get by cross-class skill at level 5. Same for 4 ranks in Intimidate. The hard part is 6 ranks of Escape Artist. That means you'll have to have at least one rogue level, no doubt about it.

You also need six feats. With one human feat, and two level feats (1 and 3) that means at least four levels of fighter, for feats at 1, 2, and 4.

So Rog1/Ftr4 ought to be able to do it.
