Maybe she really didn't deserve to get tipped

I can't find the thread about tipping your waiter/waitress, so I started this one.

In any case, the waitress that was supposedly stiffed on a tip for a bill at some restaurant because she was gay... Yeah, turns out, she may have been full of it.

She's also no longer working at the restaurant and has been quietly returning donations given to her.

Well I never understood that one anyway, I mean how would they even know that she was gay? Unless she was telling them all about it or something, and I probably wouldnt tip a waiter/waitress either if they felt the need to tell me all about their sexual orientation while im trying to eat.

Yeah, we've been over this one.
Turns out the whole thing was a hoax. (check snopes)
Lots of internet rage.
Like most things internet, it was a waste of time and energy.
