Tor broaches a business topic with some regret.

"Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on a wand of enlarge person? I can't afford the full wand at full price, but I'd be happy to buy a partial wand."

Devlin admires the weasel for a second and then offers his hand to Babette with a smile. "A pleasure, m'lady. I'm sure there's a story involved with your...discovery."

Babette takes Devlins offered greeting with a smile. "Pleased to meet you, Mr. Magruder, I'm sure. And there's not much of a story to be told, really, unless you want to hear about us trudging through the sewers."

Khairi enters the revel and looks around a bit for anyone he recognizes. As he does not spot anyone right away he decides on some food, drink and checks out the displays.

"Do my eyes decieve me, or is that Khairi I see?" Octavio cries out. He stops dancing and playing his flute long enough to geet his friend. "Wonderful to see you again. Isn't this the most speldiferous party ever!?"

Rinaldo steps down his bench. As he hears Tor, he walks to him. "Well, all depend how many charges you want in the wand and how much you are ready to put. I can easily find a new wand for, let's say, for 710 gp. Now, if you need a wand with less charges, I'll need to look in the market if there is one avalaible with less charges. The price should be around 14gp per charges left in the wand."

(OOC: No. Never on the standard market. Or else scrolls would be stupid to buy because you can just buy a wand with 1 charge for 60% of the price of an equivalent scroll. It's basically a discount in bulk. Ashnar can probably make the wand for even cheaper--she's the only denizen of LEW with the feat, right?)

Tor admits he only has about 550 gp in actual cash. If he could get a wand with about 30 charges, that would be great.

ooc: I'm under the impression that a wand with less than 50 charges would not be available on the easy npc market.

Hasin overhears Quozan- though he doesn't know the words being spoken, he recognizes the rythem and a few kew phrases HO HO! I know that accent! By the burning sands a fellow southerner!So, what brings an Elven dervish this far from the sands?
