D&D 3E/3.5 Merlocs from Warcraft 3, adapted to d20 3.5

I did these along time ago, just converted the stats to 3.5 today, opinions anyone? tell me where I messed up? How about the Level Adjust did I do that right?

Combat:

Skills: *Due to the coloring on their scales, Merlocs recieve a +4 circumstance bonus to Hide checks in aquitic settings

That looks really good, actually. And I hate to burst your bubble, but Warcraft 3 for 3E is coming out shortly and you can order it online already. They are also releasing a WC3 monster manual too, and I am really looking forward to both.

oh I know, i did these back when War3 first came out, cuz i wanted and amphibious humaniod race. Just decided to convert them to 3.5 today

I like it but it should have a level adjustment of +1 or even plus 2 because of favorabel ability scores, natural armor and a swim speed also any racial weapon proficiencies and throw in a favored class please
