I wasn't running my mouth. I was putting forth my argument. Iku Rex was running his mouth by talking trash and not putting forth an argument. It doesn't matter if my argument was proven wrong in the end, as the fact remains that I did at least put an argument forth, instead of just mouthing off like he did.

There's a difference between the two.

There's a difference between the two.

I've seen you respond in exactly the same way that Ikue did when you disagree with something someone says.

Why is it OK for you to act like that, but you get all pissy when other people return the favor?

Perhaps because I'm actually making an effort to be polite?

I only get "pissy" when I'm accused of something I didn't do. I didn't initiate this crap in this thread. I was polite and unoffensive. You say that my behavior in the past completely justifies Iku Rex's behavior in this thread? In effect, you are encouraging inappropriate behavior on these boards.

No, it's not that. But you are certainly not encouraging me to act appropriately by taking on your tone. Therefore, you are not encouraging appropriate behavior. Thus, my question.

Treat others as you would have them treat you. That's what I've been doing these past few days. I don't expect anything to turn around instantaneously, but the refusal to make the effort certainly wasn't what I expected, and I highly doubt that refusal would be appreciated in the eyes of the moderators.

Like I said, I'm making an effort, but I'm only 1/2 of that effort. You're the other half, thus my question.
