Here's all the info they had on submitting.
Rules:
Current members of The Eye Developers Group are ineligible for the contest. Any person who becomes a member of The Eye Developers Group after the contest starts is eligible.
All entries will be judged by the members of The Eye Developers Group (minus those who are eligible for the contest).
You may submit as many entries as you like, although you will only be eligible for one prize.
Submissions must be sent totheeye3e@charter.net no later than 11:59:59 PM on August 16, 2002. Any submissions received after this will not be reviewed.
Winners will be notified via e-mail on August 23, 2002. The Top 20 submissions will be posted on The Eye's website on August 24, 2002, with all credits, although your scores will not be published.
Submission Guidelines:
Only one submission per e-mail.
Please send your submissions as the message of the e-mail. Any submission sent as an attachment or in any form other than in the body of the e-mail will not be reviewed.
Please put "Metaphysical Feat Submission" (without the quotes) as the Subject of your e-mail. Any submissions that do not have this as the subject will not be reviewed.
At the end of the e-mail, please state your (real) name. Any submissions that do not have a name at the end will be reviewed, but you will not be able to see if your submission was received, as I will not list any person's e-mail address (see below).
One week before the deadline of the contest, the names of all those who have submitted feats will be posted on the site's main page. This page will be updated daily afterwards. Multiple submissions by the same person will have a number beside their names stating the number of submissions received. So, if you have submitted a feat and you do not see your name listed, please send in the submission again.
Miscellaneous Info:
By entering this contest, you give The Eye permission to publish your submission, as Open Gaming Content, on its website and make it available for download as per the OGL.
