MIC-Cold Iron weapons

Sort of. The variable in the cost is the number of different times the cold iron weapon was enhanced. Each time the weapon is enhanced costs the normal calculated amount plus the 2000 penalty for enhancing cold iron.

It will affect a character trying to improve a weapon to grow in power throughout the character's career, but probably not affect the character making a one time purchase of a powerful holy cold iron weapon to go after that Demon Lord that requires Cold Iron and Good to defeat the Demon Lord's DR.

Do you have a rules citation to confirm this? Because if this is the case, it's the only item I know of whose market price is variable based on how and when it was made.

Hmmm I think I'll point the DM to MIC when I'm selling looted cold iron weapons, and to the DMG when I want to buy one.
