I'm guessing a lot of people here haven't read the mini's handbook at all. It includes a lot of stuff that lets people act outside their inititive order for one reason or another.

I'm getting the feeling that this book is going to result in a lot of DM / player arguments. I've only glanced at it, but the classes and game mechancis present in the book seem unbalanced and confusing. Considering WotC's recent approach towards confusing and unbalanced rules (minimal errata approach), I think this has all the makings of a nightmare.
