Mini-me plays D&D .. Scotty Don't

OK, this is the dumbest thing I've posted yet. So let's have some fun anyway.

Dr. Evil plays D&D...he's always the DM, of course. His campaigns are EVE-IL, of course.

Mini-me plays D&D; Scotty don't.

What race do you think mini-me should play? Gully Dwarf? Gnome? Halfing?

How about an appropriate class? Monk? Sorcerer?

No mini-me! Don't eat the moderator! Run PirateCat! Run!

What is a fricken gnome anyway? It sounds like a Norweigian dome, like "It's a gnumb looking gnome, ya!" You know.

So I was thinking ... is he asleep? Oh, okay. So where was I? Oh yes, I was thinking Mini-Me could be a dictator in my "Dee N Dee" game.

He'd have to be a small dictator though, of a perhaps a small country ...

Hey, that's a good idea :) Or perhaps, Iuz is really not as big as he looks in the illustrations. Perhaps Iuz is Mini-me!

How about he play one of those evil, psychotic forsaken kender from Dragonlance or one of those savage, cannibalistic halflings from Dark Sun? Maybe make him a blackguard or one of the PrC's out of the BoVD?

Pretty creative...that seems to fit him quite nicely. I wonder if Dr. Evil would rather run Dragonlance or Dark Sun? Hum...

Or maybe there is something in Ravenloft that would tie in as well...I'll have to ponder that one.

Maybe even Venca wants to have him a mini-me too.

Mini-me is a jerren (the BoVD vile halfling subrace).

Er, I mean he plays one.

OK, that does it for me. Looks like I'm going to have to get a copy of the Book of Vile Darkness. I've got to see this material for myself....lots of people I know have mentioned at least something from the book. It just sounds like a must have.

By the way, didn't Monte write that book?

I give it a standing ovation, and yeah, it was Monte.

The book has a few flaws, but so does everything else, and in my opinion the flaws are vastly outweighed by the good stuff in it.

wasnt very impressed with the BoVD, nothing in it that a creative DM with a mature group hasnt already introduced into his camp anyway.

the spells were not overly evil, just the spell components.

but i would say that Fat-Bastard (can u offend Grandma with some ones name?) would be the barbarian of the group. Possible half orc, or, with the Savage Species coming out next year, more likely an Ogre (hows that for irony).

I'll have to get BoVD despite the reported flaws. So far, Monte has never failed to do me proud, and it does sound so very interesting.

Speaking of FB (I'll use this abbv. for him to play it safe. in case Grandma is restless or P-kitty is still shaken up over the surgery thread)....

I think FB would may qualify as a Scarred Lands Fatling. Austin himself is definately a Bard (perhaps a little too lawfal to be a rogue).

P-kitty, don't get too close. FB is saying something about.. 'Get in my belly!' Hehe
