Miniature's Handbook's Double Hit feat

First Post
I've made a feat that works like the Double Hit feat in the Miniature's Handbook, but it allow characters wielding more than two weapons to attack with all of its weapons. However, I wanted to get some additional opinions on the matter of whether the feat should be taken once to allow all attacks or if the feat should be once for ever additional weapon the character is wielding.

Make that feat require the double hit feat. One feat all by itself is too easy to get, and one per hit makes it too difficult. Two is just about right.

Well, first, Double Hit has Two Weapon Fighting, Improved 2WF, and Combat Reflexes for prerequisites, so it's not necessarily all that easy to get, especially since you have to have a BAB of +6 to get Improved 2WF. Secondly, I considered making Double Hit a prerequisite for Multiple Hit (what I'm calling the feat), but I dismissed the idea because it would be like making 2WF a prerequisite for Multiweapon Fighting. Either that or would be like getting the benefits of G2WF and P2WF with I2WF.

On the subject of said feats, anyone else ever wonder why are 2WF and Multiweapon Fighting are two seperate feats even though they both serve the same purpose? Why didn't they just make the requirement for Multiweapon fighting "two or more hands" and do away with the other?
