Minis for a Castlevania Axe Armor?

I'm looking for a miniature -- ideally plastic, but I can work with metal -- that looks a bit like a Castlevania Axe Armor:

Theoretically, this shouldn't be hard as it's pretty much a basic suit of armor with an axe (though if need be, I'm totally okay with adding an axe), but I've had a hard time with this.

Any thoughts?

He's definitely the fallback, though he's really small compared to PC minis, so I'd like to find something a little more imposing.

Your standard Reaper heroics + more recent DDMs, so scale tends to be well above the 25mm of the earlier DDMs.

I'd really love for the armors to be straight-up Large, but then I'd need to find a good armored knight toy -- hmm, that sounds like something frankthedm would know about...

Large, armored, and axey? How about the Brass golem? It's a recent uncommon, so probably not terribly expensive.
