Minotaur question...

Doesn't it just mean that at the beginning of a combat, they get their full AC even before their initiative comes up (and can't be hit by ranged sneak attacks)?

Are their other conditions that cause you to be flat-footed?

I ask because I'm thinking about making a Minotaur Knight for an upcoming game...

Minotaurs are also immune to Iaijutsu and Iai-Master's uber-sick attacks of death!

Eh, they're alright but only if they have a hairstyle like Mugen's or wear glasses like Jin.

That would definitely be an interesting style for a Minotaur.

Well Jin yes, but not Mugen. I'd say they'd be closer to my idea of old school samurai with D&D flair.
