I like to randomize character creation, so I put this together about six years ago for my 5.0E games as an adaptation of the Secondary Skills table from the AD&D 1E DMG. The original table features a 15% roll twice result (which is replicated on my table), so my table also results in combination backgrounds which I detailed as mash-ups of the existing backgrounds from the 5.0E PHB.
