(MM3) Plague Bush Question

The Plague Bush (in the MM3- great book!) has an ability called 'greensickness' that basically lets its spores act as an inhaled poison... but how often do pcs need to save against it? Every round? Only once per day? Save anew everytime you come within range?

I'd say once per encounter, otherwise it's kinda overkill (especially because of tracking down the secondary damage).

However, since this is a continual effect, it could be every round.

(BTW, it's a Plague Brush, not a Plague Bush. It's a sort of dire tumbleweed, not a bush.)
