You can always borrow mine. I'm not likely to use it before then.

Maybe next time I should read the reply. You don't need to get the book, you need to read the book you've already got! Still, I played it last game day, and I've still only read spots of it. And I still haven't finished d20 Modern either. (I also haven't read Rokugan, Hollowfaust, Book of Vile Darkness, Tome of Horrors and a bunch of others that I've got too. I really should catch up on my reading before I do more buying, but hey, who'm I kidding?)

d20 Star Wars

How about WEG StarWars? Its simplier, you don't need all the books and its easier to put together characters quick ['sides I hate classes in SW]. I've got both 1st and 2nd Editions laying around.. but my thought would be a WEG SW set back in the Rebellion timeframe; would be a trip through memory lane for me.

But mostly I'd be interested in M&M and WEG SW [can GM both too].... not so much D&D, d20 Modern or Polyhedron games.

Anyone up for a game of Necromunda? :)

If you make characters and walk me through the mechanics, sure. What I like about d20 Star Wars is that I already know how to play, even if I really haven't read the book much! Actually, I bought it when it was first released, and since I still haven't even played it, I couldn't talk myself into picking up the revised edition already. But, being d20, it's easy to pick up and play without having to relearn the whole thing.

If I think outside the d20 box, I'd be interested in some Werewolf, maybe, or Decipher's Lord of the Rings game. In fact, I'd really like to try out Decipher's game. I still haven't picked it up yet, though.

Can I please ask someone to go through this thread and compile a list of the games that have been suggested? No need to list who suggested what, but if you could mention how many times each particular game was mentioned that would also be helpful. If you take up this task, please start by posting that you will be doing it so that no one duplicates the effort. Thanks in advance. :)

I'll take care of this.

Count me in. The last game day was good and I look forward to another one. I'm mostly interested in playing a D&D game since I'm not to familiar with d20 modern yet, but that is something I want to play eventually.

WEG SW is a breeze, 'sides, it also means that its more of a game of "you tell me what you'd like the character to do" than "oh, I know this rule allows me to do this" if a lot of folks haven't played WEG SW. :) To a GM, the former is a godsend! yay! Not to mention, the WEG rules are even easier than d20 to learn as the "core rules" are less involved... only downside really is number of d6s high level characters have to roll, but if its a low to mid adventure thats not a problem.

And 'sides I detest classes. I tolerate them in D&D cuz I've been playing since like '84 or so, but outside it they just don't belong.

Outside of Amber, about the only stuff I'd be interested in is Necro.
