Even though i despise Star Wars I have to admit that WEG SW is a very simple system, easy to learn and fun. While I would do alot to avoid d20 Star Wars, you wouldn't have to twist my arm all that much to get me to play WEG SW.

I'd still rather play other stuff though. Oh, mentioned above, I too wouldn't mind trying out the new LotR game.

Yeah, put me in for a request for Lord of the Rings. It would give me a reason to learn this one.

I believe I will make the trek down from Milwaukee. It was a blast last time.

I would be interested in:

Modern d20 - learner's level
I would love to see another "old school" D&D module run in 3e.
Someone did "Ghost Tower of Inverness" last time. I did not play ,but it sounded like fun.

Left off one request for Decipher's Lord of the Rings game.

EDIT: Will this post be edited to remain up to date?

Yes, I just now edited it to contain all the entries after I originally posted it, you can check the title to see the last updated date.

If I've misunderstood the point of "GameDay", then I'll bow out now.
Not at all. The point of the thread is to say what games you're interested in playing, though. I'm not interested in WEG Star Wars, and I am interested in d20 Star Wars. Still, even that's a second or third string game. I'm interested most in d20 Modern and Mutants and Masterminds for the game day.

All our discussion about WEG vs. d20 is just noise, really.

I'd like to make one last request for HeroWars. Surely I'm not the only person in driving distance of Mt.Prospect interested in a non-D20 fantasy game. One that is a truely creative and inovative system to say the least.
Come on take a chance try soemthing new.

As announced over on the RPG.net Gameday thread, Ron Edwards will be attending once again. At the last RPG.net Gameday, he ran a dual Sorcerer and Hero Wars session. There's still hope there will be some Hero Wars for ya.

Later,
Matt

There may be a problem... The musical should be well underway here at my school and we're having a dance rehearsal every saturday throughout the spring, so I (and I'm sure Fayredeth--at least he BETTER try out for the damn show...) might have to miss out on half or all of the day :(

I'll let you know once we have auditions and I get the schedule.

And if you're interested for some odd reason, we're doing On the Town.... lol
