Looking like quite a list! We'll give this one last weekday to let folks throw in their suggestions, then we'll start gathering GMs and rallying the games. :)

Last call for player suggestions of games!

I'll link to this from the DM thread so they can get an idea of what people would like to play. :) I'll post that new thread for DMs sometime tomorrow...

D20 Mumbley peg?

Im considering playing in the am and running in the evening, depends how many players we get this session.
If I do run it would be 3rd Ed 8th level characters with standard point buy.
Im sure im a little premature with my post so I will edit and post the details of what im considering running when we get the go ahead.

Okie dokie! Time to turn this thread inside out and get some GM chatter going. Here's the deal...

GMs - Anyone who wants to GM, take a good long look at the posts from the people who expressed an interest in playing particular games, systems, etc. Get together a description of the game you plan to run, a summary of the scenario (if appropriate), and mention approximately how many players you can handle for it. Post it in this thread and when you get enough replies that you feel your game is a go, drop me an Email with the same information (include any revisions based on feedback from potential players or your own changes). I'll then add it to the schedule on my site. You may wish to get confirmation from your players either in this thread or by Email to be sure that there is no confusion about which people are playing in which games.

Players - Once you've been accepted to a game, don't go screwing over your GM by dropping out to join another game. I'd hate for some poor chump to get a game together only to have to remove it from the schedule because some folks switched to the new flavor of the day. Not cool to do that, friends. ;) Players should feel free to continue to post suggestions for games if they think of new ones or wish to reinforce a previous suggestion. :)

I'll also be adding games to the schedule organized by MattyHelms over on the RPGnet boards, so you might wish to check what will be offered over there as well.

If you see something being run by one of the RPGnet regulars, be sure to post over there to get admitted to their game, rather than posting here because they may not see it here and you don't want those seats filled while your post sits here unnoticed.

May I ask a question?

I'm most likely to run at least one d20 Modern game, but is it okay to post ideas for one-shot settings and scenarios before I decide? I have four or five ideas, and I want to make sure I pick one that's a least popular to a majority of the prospective d20 Modern players.

Yes and yes. :)

Post, adjust, discuss, and revise,
Adapt, kibitz, contrive and advise,
Be builder, arbitor, barker, and angler,
Beggar, drum-thumper and star-bangled bannerer,
Change it around til it pleases the masses,
Plan it out well, and cover your asses,
And when its all done, when you get confirmations,
Then Email to me, to gain reservations,

:)

Game day slot proposal

Looking to run a 3rd ed game for the second half.
Heres the info:

Between 6 and 8 3rd ed standrad point buy 8th level characters from the core rules books, with standard starting money for 8th level characters.

Too protect a King.
Prince Gregory of Tychoviak provence is the next in line to ascend the thorne, but by Tychoviakian custom he must first choose his queen. Once he has chosen he must escort his bride to be to the corantion hall in his home kingdom, there and then the ceremony is held for both his marridge and his coranation.
Gregory has chossen his new queen from a duchey that lies on the west coast of the empire, and has gathered together his best and most loyal subjects to accompany him. The characters are these subjects, together with a force of 20 of the kings best knights they ride for the duchey of Renuat to claim his bride.
