Monk, Fighter, Duelist, Now What?

Another level of Monk would give +1 to all saving throws. The Slow Fall probably wouldn't hurt either.

Another two levels of Fighter would do also give +1 to all saves and give you another feat.

Doing this gives you +3 BAB.

The other option is go Cleric and pick up a good domain. This allows you to use the (hopefully) good Wis of the Monk and pump your abilities a little bit. Personally, I would go +2 Fi/+1 Monk instead.

A Monk with Rogue is a deadly combination. Improved Trip for free as a Monk, take the Knock Down feat from S&F (free trip if you do 10 points of dmg in melee), and you'll catch your opponents without their Dex bonus to AC plenty of times to do lots of damage..

Well, he's Lawful Good, so Barbarian is right out. I'd really look at the group. Where else are they lacking? If you're using him to soak damage, rogue will give you fewer hp. I'd go devoted defender, probably.
