Im not happy about there being no FR regional sup this year or the lack of an FR source book after July

I thought Serpent Kingdoms qualified as a regional sourcebook.

However, indications are that this schedule's incomplete--no sign of Complete Arcane or the big 30th anniversary art/history book, for example.

Not really its more a Races of Faerun type book with a little bit on Chult and a couple of other places but its not a Regional Source book

Yet anohter confirmaiton that WotC are spelling Libris Mortis in bad latin. :(

I don't think we've had any confirmation that the Complete Arcane will come out this year, though the schedule does appear pretty thin so far for November and December. I'd look for it to come out sometime then.

MMIII... *prays for Hydraloths and Baernaloths*
You know... I'd just be happy to have all of the 'loths updated and in one book. That would make me happy.

I also want more beholders.

Ehh, more monsters.

So what?

I haven't used all the one's I have yet.

Then again, that's because many of them (Phantom Fungus, anyone?) are just too silly for me to use in my campaigns.

I love monster books. They're like a smorgasboard of DMing evil. Plus, they're always nicely illustrated.

I wouldn't be surprised if the 'loths got the 3.5 treatment in MMIII, though, especially since the demons and devils got such a major facelift and the Player's Guide to the Planes is being released a few months before it.

Demiurge out.

While I wish this were true, IMHO, it doesn't seem likely. Only in cases where they're replacing a book entirely (e.g. 3E MM to 3.5E MM) or bringing a monster into a book from an obscure source (e.g. gem dragons from their listing as a PsiHB web enhancement monster to being in the MMII), does WotC completely rewrite monsters that have already been written somewhere. The rest of the time they give a "quick and dirty" guideline for updates.

Sad as it is to say, most likely all of the yugoloths that have been written up for 3E (from the MMII, MotP, and FF) won't get even a mention in the MMIII, since both of those books got (rather crappy) update guidelines in the 3.5E Update Accessory. The MMIII may, however, update some other 'loths that haven't yet made it over from 2E. ::crosses fingers::
