I just got the book, and for the most part it was worth the money.
I like the idea of a neutral and chaotic paladin, makes the class more versatile. Also the new abilites of the paly are nice additions, not huge but nice.
I never liked monte's ranger, bonus feats aren't my way to go, too fighterish for my taste.
The oath and vow feats are interesting, and while some can be very powerful, they always have DM oversight built in.
THe spells are also nice additions. Palys and Rangers got a few things. Druids also got a few nice spells, one VERY nice spell in particular that retailates for you when your attacked (won't describe it though, I'll save that for those who buy it)
I noticed one trend among the spells, is that the book adds a lot of new imprisonment spells of various strengths for both clerics and druids. They are a interesting way for good palys and clerics to take prisoners without hindering the party.
And of course, there are a few spells in there that imho are Mof-style overpowered. But hey, that happens.
Also, the blessed children are very cool, one of my favorite features.
