[Mor's End Discussion] Administration

Thanks Fusangite. Been caught up with work so haven't had time to look at the threads... Looks liek things are in control. GreyDwarf and Buttercup are similarly caught up with work as well, so if anyone wants to take over their positions they're welcome to.

Oh if anyone else wants to step in as prime minister i don't mind abdicating. ;)

You can't get off the hook that easy:D We will be trying to put this thing together soon, I think submissions are starting to slow down but work on this can take a back seat to work at a real job right now, it will all come together soon enough.

Thanks, Lalato and Krug. It's nice to be appreciated.

The regional map is going to be an interesting project. It sounds like people need to hash out the actual size of Enheim before such a map can be put out to tender, so to speak. So, before the regional map debate starts, I think I'll clearly articulate that I wrote the history so that it would not need to be changed regardless of the scale of the region.

I'll continue to follow the discussions of politics and religion.

Hi guys... I'm back... :)

Krug... the main reason things have been quiet lately is that Connail has been on vacation for the last couple of weeks... He should be back on Monday... and activity should pick back up on the threads...
Hey, don't tell me I'm the one keeping things going here! I don't need that kind of pressure right now... ;)

I do think we're running out of steam a little. Probably time to focus on some of the areas where we still have significant gaps.

As far as a regional map is concerned... I think we already have the major dimensions worked out. That's the last thing we worked on in the geography thread before I left town. I'll see if I can draw up an ugly-but-to-scale map. Anyone who has a nice mapping program can then pretty it up a little.

I think quite a few of us came down with a bad case of the real world, is what happened, myself I know the last couple of weeks have been real hectic and this week will be the worst. I also think some topics have hit the wall, but we have a huge amount of stuff to archive already, things will pick up when new topics come out.

Oh yea Welcome back:D

I agree. That May 1st deadline is looming... and I have a lot of NPCs to go through and archive. ;)

Selling my house...

Looks like I'm selling my house. Woohoo!!! That's the good news. Gonna make a little money on the sale.... :)

The bad news is that I'll be busy moving over the next few weeks. This means that I won't be running another NPC contest until I'm settled into my new place.

I'll still come by and check in... If someone else would like to take up the NPC mantle while I'm moving that would be fine with me.

Congrats, Lalato!

Unfortunately, it seems like most everyone has given up on Mor's End. :( Haven't seen Krug around for ages. Same with Buttercup.

jdavis and GladiusNP are still around occasionally, but that's about it. I tried to keep things going somewhat by posting some new material in Craft & Trade (including some floorplans for my Inn that took me hours - if not days - to finish), but I never got any feedback.

Perhaps it's time to let Mor's End rest in peace? It was fun while it lasted...

Hmm.... I actually feel sort of guilty, like I haven't done enough. There was a period where I was managing a shop or NPC a day. The fact that the server has been down for three days has also been a bit of a problem. If we were to go on, I think a more structured work schedule would be needed. Not so much deadlines, but specific projects to be worked on.

If we could maybe get three or four people to commit to producing things on a semi-regular basis, then maybe we'd get somewhere. I think we lack a bit of direction at the moment. We've stalled out, I suppose.
