most interesting class?

Simple question for opinions
I have the option of playing (all human) using the faerun campaign
- a Rogue, who multiclasses to fighter, and wizard, becoming a primary spellcaster a bit or an elminster rip, but i only realized this AFTER i saw his stats, so i only feel better (Rogue3/Fighter2/Wizard5/WaterdeepGuildWizard10)

-a human paladin, using the monty cook paladin

- a pure straight forward cleric of Tymora, though multiclasses will be used if i can get any suggestions. I also have pretty much every book *sorry people, no offence intended* and so i have access to them all, just suggestions will be very appreciated.

Heck, it all depends on your campaign and style of play.

I personally prefer wizards, to my DM's dismay. But I've played the occasional straight fighter when I felt like just bashing things.

If I wanted the best RP, I'd probably go as a silly Bard...

What do you want? Bang for the buck or RP potential?

honestly, i want a character with whom i can seriously roleplay, but also dish out damage in whatever form. One thing i have to add is that we use minitures, and i so far have only 2 real favorites as they 'depicts my perfect characters'
Tyrion, Dragon Prince from Warhammer for the paladin
and a Dark elf weilding a longsword and a dagger, who would be my wizard/rogue/fighter (rogue level first)

and when browsing through my very small collection of well painted miniatures (unfortunatly not many) i can't find anything that resembles a cleric, though i have many minatures at a friends, that may resemble a cleric 'i'm thinkin possibly my lord of the rings models' but nuthing comes to mind that weilds a mace or looks, well, Armoured. Though i guess a cleric could wield a greatsword and ride a horse...any ideas? *other than buying another model and spending 12 hrs painting it*

sorry, got carried away. Mainly roleplaying and powergaming.
character are writen up for all three, and while the rogue is very versatile, i love the idea of a humour drunk cleric *following in the footsteps of Rathan from Spellfire*

If you want to go off the deep end, check out the Demonologist from Mongoose's Encyclopedia Arcane - Demonology. Summon demons with less than certain chance! Be a risk to friend and foe alike!

Heh. I played a halfling cleric of Tembo Goneaway - an aspect of Brandobaris.

She used to quote from the Book of Tembo in any situation... I only had about two dozen excerpts written down, but I could usually twist one to fit...

Very sanctimonious, very annoying... especially when half the quotes were about how it's much holier to sneak around and steal things than to confront opponents bigger than you in a straight fight...

Yes, i was thinking about having him possibly wear his Compact Prayer Book (from DotF) around a chain at his heart next to his Holy Symbol, and flask of wine.

Where would you actually find Dogma that would be 'more or less' official that the cleric could preach while bashing heads in with a mace?

"Why must ye sin against the lady luck? can't ye see that ye must take a chance *twack* like attempting to avoid me mace instead of *twack* blockin me blows wit ye thick 'ead?"

Edit: how would i go about modifing the Vote poll to add any classes?
