Most likable PrC

Well Xarlen, I can field this one for ya too.

The Order of Silver is a secretive group of paladins dedicated to fighting demons and other evil outsiders. They are a taciturn group that tends to be rather tight-lipped about their business. Not that they are deceitful; just that they don't think they need to advertise what they do for a living.

The Order of Gold, on the other hand, is pretty much the opposite. They act as missionaries of the Coreanic faith and are superb healers. They are the most popular of the four Swords and often travel the countryside helping the weak and downtrodden.

Gold is just what's needed in the Scarred Lands.

Cool! I think a secretive paladin group is *awesome*. That'd be Perfect for the character I've always wanted to play: A rogue/paladin, ala Batman.

Alas, no scarred lands game. ;p

Plus they are good at tracking such things with their improved detect evil abilites AND they also summon up Celestials to aid them in difficult quests on ocassion.

Not to mention they are probably one of the best combat medics around. They also do well in a fight.

Btw thanks for fielding this Gaius.

Well as long as you're LG, I don't see the harm. Course you'd probably would be better off just staying straight paladin in my book, but hey, it's your character man. :) Have fun with it.

Well if you go straight paladin, you could still take hide and move silently as cross class skills. Not to mention wear lighter armor. It's perfectly possible to do that AND just use some paladins spells for meleeing. Plus if you want to fight to subdue, definately use Soul of Mercy a lot (3rd level Paladin spell). Or take the Virtue Feat Mercy. Both of those allow to you do subdaul damage with your weapon.

Well, Cross Class skills are Horrible. I'd rather take maybe two or three levels of rogue, Max out Hide, MS, Disguise, Dischipor Script, Listen, Spot, Search, and the like, then go Full pally and get a Cloak/Boots of Elvenkind and a hat of 'guise. :)

This is in a campaign if one started later then 1st level. It'd be hard to advance the guy fully from first level, and RP that out effectively.
