Well, I'm not sure about the middle of the list, but:
1) UMD (Warlock with wands, 'nough said)
2) Search (checking for traps is SOP)
3) Knowledge (monsters, locations, etc.)
4) Move Silent (we have people with Sneak Attack)
5) Bluff (the Warlock talks a lot)
6) Gather Info (because I, the DM, deliberately leave things vague until examined)
7) Sense Motive (chatty and disguised BBEG's)
......
30) Balance (used twice, ever, but it was crucial)
31) Tumble (used twice, ever, and once failed)
32) Climb (used twice, ever, and it was unimportant)
33) Swim (the PC's usually prefer to avoid water, but I think it got used once)
34) Decipher Script (used once, and it was pointless)
35) Sleight of Hand (never, but there were times it could have been used)
36) Forgery (not even close)
