With Search, Hide, Move Silently and Tumble coming in close behind.

Same for me though hide is the least rolled of the most rolled ones.

Depends on the character actually.

I make knowledge checks all the time, "What's that?" "What's that?". Our bard is a bluffing machine.

Spot I'm sure is made often, but we never see it since the DM rolls it all. We use Search pretty frequently as well.

Although, in the PbP Ptolus game I'm running, I've rolled Spot checks a TON of times- but it is a mystery with people regularly tailing others and the like.
