yeah, this pastor was real cool he had as much fun as any of the kids. He played a cleric (duh!) and his theology background really made his character cool. He was a Lutheran pastor and from what I understand they are not so closed minded as some of the other denominations can be.

For me, the surprise was my aunt and uncle. Both very, very high-powered executives and were, by my understanding, rather rough and tumble in their youth (I think he used to run with some gang). I'm pretty sure the idea was to just "see what we were doing", but it still floored my cousins (mutual nephews of this couple) and myself.

I don't remember enough of those games to write a story hour I think. Let's face it, the real reason we'd asked them to play had nothing to do with rolling dice I'm afraid. Bad games, but better window dressing than most.

My Late Grandma

Though, actually, it was Boot Hill.

And her idea of RP'ing was to walk around Mad Mesa blasting anything that got in her way. In her first half-hour of play she committed Horse Thievery, Bank Robbery, Murder of a Bartender, Arson of a Church, Murder of a Sherrif's Deputy and a host of other transgressions against the public peace.

What finally did her in was running out of bullets
