My daughter is currently running a game for her friends that she describes as "Twilight Saga set on Innistrad".

I've used the "Blake's Seven*" start recently.

*This is where the PCs are (possibly wrongly) convicted criminals. At the beginning of the campaign they escape and steal a ship.

Yes indeed! It was actually for a 1st level Halfling Rogue and it was called "Jellija for Sale" it was a 3rd edition adventure in the back of the book Heroes of High Favor: Halflings published by BadAxe Games way back in 2003.
