Okay, a Wiz5/Sor5 casting fireball 5d6 or 10d6?

What about a Wiz5/Clr5 casting dispel? +10 or +5?

Wiz5/Clr5 trying to bypass SR? +10 or +5?

If thw Wiz5/Sor5 casts as a wizard he does 5d6. The sorcerer can't cast fireball till 6th level. So, when hwe's a 6th level sorcerer he casts a 6d6 fireball.

The clr5/Wiz5 cast dispel at +5.

These effects go by caster level, clerc and wizards do not stack caster levels, nor do sorcerers and wizards, or any of the core spellcasting classes.

Does this non-stacking rule works also with Item Creation?
That is, a Cleric 10th / Wizard 10th has two different (non-stacking) "caster levels 10" and thus cannot take e.g. Craft Staff (requires CL 12)?

You must have the required levels in a single spellcasting class.

From the DnD FAQ:

"Can multiclassed spellcasters combine their levels to satisfy the level prerequisites for item creation feats? For example, the Forge Ring feat requires a spellcaster of level 12+. If I am a 6th-level cleric/6th-level wizard do I qualify, or would I need to be 12th level in one or the other?
You need to have the listed number of levels in a single spellcasting class. In the case of Forge Ring, you need 12 levels in a spellcasting class. Note that if you have a prestige class that improves the spellcasting ability of another class, you use your effective caster level to meet the prerequisite. For example, a 10th-level wizard/2nd-level loremaster is a 12th-level spellcaster and meets the prerequisite for Forge Ring. "

Sure does, no staff crafting until you are at least a 12th level caster...
