Multiplying Power Attack damage in a charge...

Assume I have:

Str: 18 +4

Feats: Power Attack, Spirited Charge (and prereq feats)

If I am using a Heavy Lance (two-handedly) on horseback, and I charge someone with Spirited Charge, and Power Attack for 5... how is my Power Attack damage calculated?

Normally for wielding a weapon two-handedly, that would be 10 damage (5 x 2). But then the Spirited Charge kicks in, which triples the damage (lance doubles it on a charge, but spirited charge triples it). So would it then be 10 x 3 for an extra 30 damage OR would I have to start over from the beginning and do the "D&D" math to it? Which would be 5 x 5 which comes to 25 damage? That breaks down as 5 from power attack multiplied by x2 damage from using power attack with a two-handed weapon add on another x2 damage from charging lance and add on one more x1 from spirited charge.

I hope I explained that so ya'll could understand my question...

What would the Strength bonus to damage be? I'm guessing 6 (2 handed weapon) x 3 (spirited charge) = 18?

Power attack damage is a straight numerical bonus to damage, like a strength bonus or enhancement bonus from a +2 sword. It gets multiplied the same way.

Normal double-handed lance damage would be:
1d8+6 (Str) +10 (power attack), total 1d8+16
Spirited charge would be:
3d8+48
