If you're referring to AL I consider them a poor man's substitute for the real thing

There are a bunch published by Wizards, too, for that matter, so the "but I can't use it in AL" complaint doesn't hold up either.

The status of the DDAL adventures is a bit tricky. Commissioned by Wizards? Certainly - but the teams writing and editing them were (until recently) not Wizards employees.

This isn't to say that most aren't excellent, but they're not quite at the same level as the shorter adventures Wizards put on store shelves; they have more attention given to them.
