Actually, there was a pretty cool b-movie along these lines. It was called X: The Man with X-Ray Eyes, and the character was a scientist who's experiments ruin his life as he goes insane from seeing more.

But I think it's a fraud. Seeing inside somebody's bodies is pretty extreme, especially since it's not even x-ray (bones only, there).

true, you can't see organs with x-rays. so perhaps it isn't x-rays. perhaps its clairvoyance of some kind.

It's gotta be paranormal in some way... unexplanable by science. I mean, the interior of people's bodies isn't illuminated. Even if you could "see" into them, it'd just be all dark.
