Mutants & Masterminds: Noir - Where?When?

There are a couple of threads about it on the Mutants & Masterminds website:

The book's author is answering some general questions over there, though he says it will be a while before the book comes out. (With a couple of M&M books having been pushed back on the 2004 schedule [the Annual in particular], I would assume later books like Noir and Gimmick's Gadgets will also end up releasing later than some of the early press material might indicate.)

Noir should see release sometime this Fall. It's in editing now. Christopher "Time of Crisis" McGlothlin has done his usual excellent job in capturing the film noir style and explaining the genre. Folks interested in doing low-powered M&M games will definitely want to check it out. It also works well in conjunction with Nocturnals.
