Hey Guys & Gals! This is my first ever 4E character. I used the character builder for it. My first game with her is going to be in about two hours, so any feedback, quick changes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Seems pretty reasonable to me. The main thing you want to insure is that your highly forced movement centered build can be taken good advantage of by the other characters. A Brutal Scoundrel rogue for instance will love you. An AD rogue will like you too probably, but they can usually position themselves fairly well on their own, so it won't be quite as key for that character. A Cunning Sneak rogue probably wouldn't benefit much at all. Melee rangers likewise will probably really like you, an archer ranger could care less most of the time. A chargebarian will probably be your best buddy too. Less control oriented fighter builds will also be your friend, you can really help them pin down the enemy.

Basically I think you have a pretty good set of powers. I haven't played a bard so I'm not up on all the latest thinking on bard daily powers, but Vicious Mockery and Misdirected Mark are both great at-wills. Cutting Words also sounds pretty sweet.

18 Int is enough generally...

16 int and 13 constitution will make your life better in general... you should also think about making one of your three at wills a melee one (i like guiding strike)

if you stay out of melee however, everything is fine^^

Overall looks good.

18 Int is enough generally...

And by 18 Int, he means 18 Cha.

I'll second that. I'd even consider the 16/14/14/13/10/8 array for a bard because they are so good with skills, that having some key high stats make for great skill checks, especially once you pick up Bard of All Trades. I would especially consider putting a 13 or 14 into Wisdom for this purpose (since there are a lot of great wisdom based feats), and it will also qualify you for more multiclass options such as Cleric.

You might want to get training in Heal, it's a useful skill, but it might be a bit of a lost cause if you keep your wisdom at an 8.

My Barbarian and our Warden love that our Bard has Cutting Words. It's his best power. We get immobilized, restrained, slowed, etc, quite a bit, and enemies just shift away from us. Our bard just brings them back and which lets us do our thing. Also pulling archers off ledges, is always useful. A Cunning Bard should not leave home without that power. Blunder is likely my favorite first level encounter power. So you made some good choices there. But make sure you have a person with a good basic attack in your group.

I also usually use a 16/14/14/13/10/8 array for nearly all my (theoretical) bards...

i like the multiclass possibilities it opens up. For humans however i like a 16 in a secondary, but with a bard you can hardly do wrong...
