My mother reads ENWorld.

Well, my Grandmother did before she passed away

She was a very "Gaming-Friendly" old lady, and was responsible for getting me the copy of 1E Deities and Demigods (the one with Elric and Cthulu in it) when it was first released. One of my fondest memories is of her reading from it to a group of 9-11 year olds and pronouncing Cthulu as "Chill-THOO-thoo"

Anyway, she would read the boards a lot and, though she didn't understand most of the gaming stuff, really enjoyed what she referred to as my "Dogfights" (which were I guess flamewars)

One of my Players *is* a [young] grandmother. She doesn't come here, though.

Edit: But not *my* grandmother.

So, my Mom emails me today telling me that she got a big laugh about when I posted a picture of an anteater in the thread in here about someone's ant problem.

I knew that she occasionally read my posts on ENWorld, but apparently she does it quite frequently.

Does anyone else's mother read their posts on ENWorld, or am I alone in this regard?

Nope. Mom doesn't read my posts here... she doesn't have email access although if she wanted to, I could set her up one on my aohell account. Especially since I live with her... I have shown her stuff of interest that I've found. Usually relating to the Civil War.

I'm bumping this because a thread called "My Mom Reads EN World" just shouldn't be right next to a thread called "Cleavage". It just ain't right.
