The best places to look for immediate examples on Lolth are in Deities & Demigods, and, for the Forgotten Realms, Faiths & Pantheons. Both have direct information on Lolth herself.
Information about the more recent Silence of Lolth is hard to come buy, since we still don't know what's going on. Your best bet is to read the War of the Spider Queen series, of which only the first two books, Dissolution and Insurrection. Also, look into both the FR super-adventure City of the Spider Queen and it's web enhancement.
You also may want to look into Dragon issue 298, which was had a drow theme, and mentions Lolth. Dragon 276 (I think that was the issue) detailed some things about the drow also, including Lolth's personal strike squad, The Hand of Vengeance. Dungeon issue 84 had a drow adventure to go along with the material in that Dragon, where you went into Lolth's domain, the Demonweb, to stop one of her daughters from gaining great power. Sadly, all of these issues are out of print, and can't be back-ordered from Paizo directly.
