Quick question, Piratecat if I may. There is only 1 pre-reg slot between your two dread games, is that to facilitate walkins or are you just that popular?

Sadly, no walk-ins. I owed a bunch of folks favors from last year (and from GenCon), and they all called them in for Dread! So the good news is that I know almost everyone playing, and the bad news is that in those games I don't get to game with anyone new.

Toras, I'm happy to have you as a stand-by if anyone else cancels, though. That's be great.

That certainly will work. If I don't get the nod though, I will have a Dread book for someone to use during that period. Don't know if you really need more than 1 copy rules for that, but I figure it could hurt to offer.

Many many apologies - the time slipped away from me for getting my reverse-Dread up. So I'm going to go find a good slot and get it up for any stragglers.

Well, I was thinking of finally running a game this time around. I went and updated my profile to request GM's status and everything.But now it looks like there may already be TOO MANY games...

Maybe I'll hold off until next go 'round.

Technically, no. At the moment. I have two players that may or may not be attending the gameday but I'm holding their slots until I know for sure.

So the Mrs. and I are starting to try and get a handle on roughly how many folks we will be expecting at the Friday Night Shindig. If you're planning to attend that event then please indicate that either here or in the CM thread (but not in both places so I can keep the counting as easy as possible). The festivities will officially begin at about 6:00 but if you're driving in from out of town and get here early, by all means, feel free to come earlier than that.
